How it works
Payment Questions
When do I need to pay?
Payments are always made in advance. Once your schedule is confirmed, we'll send you the payment details. Lessons are scheduled after payment is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and bank transfer. We'll give you full bank details once your registration is confirmed.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you can't make it. Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice can be rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a used session.
Do I need to bring my own instrument?
No. Every instrument we teach is available at the Academy. You don't need to own or bring anything at all.
Can I upgrade from single sessions to a pack?
Yes. If you start with single sessions and decide to commit to a pack, we'll work out the difference. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
